Kristen on the cover of Elle Magazine

Seems like this is a leaked and early version of Kristen's Elle Magazine cover. Notice how the name is spelled Kritin instead of Kristen. Anyway this is the photo shoot she made right before she flew to Paris for PFW (Notice the red nails) How gorgeous is she looking??

Update- Added the cover with the right Kristen's name spelled correctly. {source| via}

Live Coverage Through Twitter of Kristen's Photoshoot Boosts Elle's Magazine's Subscriptions

Everything from the coverage that day can be found HERE.

The magazine publisher said the shoot, which featured Kristen Stewart, was the world’s number one trending topic on Twitter on Tuesday 13 March while it was taking place in Los Angeles.

Elle magazine subscriptions are reported to have doubled as readers signed up for Kristen Stewart’s special subscriber’s issue while momentum continues to build amongst followers for the big reveal of the eventual issue which will go on sale in May.

The publisher also claims that the initiative generated so much excitement that its website, ELLEuk.com attracted its highest site traffic figures for more than two years, surpassing even traffic visits for ELLEuk.com’s Royal Wedding coverage, with a 231% increase in global unique users, and a 218% page views percentage increase of traffic from Twitter and Facebook.

Although never actually releasing final cover images of the shoot, Tweets showing the location, the clothes rail and accessories were said to have been enough to stir excitement among readers.

As highlighted in a recent Fipp report, this live, digital stream of a cover shoot is another example of the innovative ways that magazine publishers are using digital to boost the sales of print magazines.

Lorraine Candy, editor-in-chief of Elle, said: “Elle is known for being a ground breaking and pioneering brand which is why we chose to break with magazine tradition and disclose our cover star two months in advance of publication.

“This unique idea is testament to our integrated approach across Elle, ELLEuk.com and Twitter and one of the many new ideas we are working on as a team. We have pushed the boundaries to reap excellent rewards and will continue to do so as the brand evolves this year.”

The June issue will be out May 2nd. To also receive the special subscribers cover, you must subscribe by April 18th .

When Kristen left for Paris and we got the pictures of her, I saw her nails and I was wondering why she had them painted cuz Kristen normally doesn't do it. Kristen make Elle Magazine's Hollywood "Power List"

The Twilighters
Thanks to a team of brilliant women, the Twilight saga has grossed $1.8 billion worldwide, making it one of the most formidable franchises ever. Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg scripted Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn parts 1 and 2, all based on Stephenie Meyer’s wildly successful novels (she’s sold a record 85 million books to date and is also a producer). Summit Entertainment’s Nancy Kirkpatrick (president of worldwide marketing) is responsible for launching a shrewd social network ad campaign that is credited with heightening fan anticipation, while Summit’s executive VP and head of physical production, Andi Isaacs, helped shape the modern tween-noir look of the film. And of course, there’s the vehicle’s star, Kristen Stewart, whom the franchise couldn’t live without—and frankly, vice versa.

Kristen on Elle's best dressed list this week

Jessica Alba tipped her hat to French designers by choosing a Lanvin dress for a Paris premiere. Kristen Stewart went body-con in an Azzaro bandage dress at the LA premiere of Love Ranch, in which Dame Helen Mirren plays a brothel owner.

And how chic is Alexa Chung's airplane outfit? The presenter wore a polka-dotted shift, oversized denim jacket, beige plimsolls and Lennon round shades off the plane when she arrived at Heathrow for Glastonbury.

Olivia Palermo, however, takes the week by daring to do evening shorts right at the New York premiere of Grown Ups at the Ziegfeld Theater. The City star earns extra points for nonchalantly toting Mulberry's new Neely bag. Angling for your own tribute bag a la Alexa, dear?

Style stars showcased acres of leg in summery cocktail frocks this week. Dasha Zhukova turned up at Diane Von Furstenberg's Claridges party wearing the straw-look mini from Dolce & Gabbana's S/S 2010 collection. Camilla Belle looked the picture of ladylike refinement in her pleated chiffon Dior. Note the Peter Pan collar -- we smell a trend...
